These folk are front facing to the guests and really want to make your holiday the best."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfect with the beautiful views and coves to the sea. Rooms spacious and comfortable and kept spotless. Breakfast was excellent and so relaxed. The biggest asset is the staff. So helpful and polite and go above and beyond and special mention to Juan in the bar and Pepe - also reception staff who arranged taxis and restaurant bookings for us. The staff at the pool kept it organised and found beds and put towels out for us too. The only slight downside-for me was the limited day time menu but I would and definitely will be returning to this hotel. Thank you"

"Beautiful hotel. Absolutely perfect in location with small sea cove and two pools. Rooms are wonderful and service brilliant - everyone cares and tries hard to deliver the best experience. Food was good but not outstanding and VERY expensive. €260 for meal for two (2 x sea bass, 2 starters, 1 pudding, €40 wine, 10% tip). Snacks around the pool similar. Mini bar €12 for chocolate, €8 for water. We suggested they just increase the room rate by €20 and throw in the snacks/sweets so people feel they are benefiting from nice gifts rather than expensive extras. That said a chocolotat on the pillow at turn down and really friendly staff is worth a lot. Breakfasts were perfect. Free Audi EV (Q6) for a day (promotion with the hotel) was a great idea (although Audi could capitalise on the experience with a proper handover, clean undamaged car, and a bit more than 69% charge for a whole day's driving (7 hours following their suggested route). We ended up with displays going dark at 14% and missed a couple of stops at the end. Bus stop outside means €2 into Palma is so easy and very regular (and late night). We would go back for the room, the location, and the people. Felt very 'holidayed' after 5 nights. We used Jet2 Indulgent Escapes which as always meant everything including transfers was dealt with."
