"The hotel we had booked was closing for a major refurbishment so with some reluctance, due to indifferent reviews, accepted a transfer to this hotel. We had an excellent experience. Food, facilities, room with sea view balcony all first class. The only slight downside was on arrival the lady on reception was not the most welcoming person you would wish for to make a good first impression. All other staff were professional and friendly."

"We are regular customers and for good reason. The hotel has probably the best location in Illetas, with a substantial terrace with direct access to the sea and importantly full sunshine till early evening. The service throughout is excellent and the breakfast certainly one of the best I’ve enjoyed! The restaurant by the pool is so good it makes no sense going anywhere else in the resort. Having its own kitchen there are a huge variety of dishes prepared freshly from snacks to fine dining and open most of the afternoon as well as the evening . I cannot recommend this hotel and it’s staff highly enough."

"The hotel was as nice in reality as in the pictures. The pool was small, no room to swim but stairs led straight down into the sea instead. The breakfast was magical and the best part was a lovely woman who fried omelets every morning upon request and garnished them beautifully. A slightly strange thing was the transparent glass doors to the bathroom."
