"As a couple we have been numerous times and made to feel like a part of the family. It’s like a second home. Always looked after by David who can’t do enough for us. Food is excellent the rooms are unbelievable the service is 5* plus. We look forward to seeing you soon."

"We stayed in a finca in the north of the island for our first week and then drove down to Pure Salt with high hopes. The plan was to play golf and enjoy the hotels facilities. On arrival my wife was not feeling well and was unwell during our stay so we were somewhat confined to the hotels facilities which adds a greater level of scrutiny. When we arrived in a temp of 40 degrees we were desperate to get to our room and were taken to "our" room by a member of the reception staff. We unpacked our cases and prepared to relax and have a shower when a porter barged into the room -no warning or knock with cases and said we "were in the wrong room " . It transpired we had the right key but had been taken to the wrong room . Bearing in mind my wife was feeling very unwell we were hurried to repack our bags and move along the corridor. This naturally put us in a very negative state of mind. The right action would have been to receive a call from management to apologize but instead the classic bottle of cheap cava and some over ripe cut fruit . For us everything was just average and not the standard we would expect: -Aircon blows out into living area not sleeping area -Not possible to reduce temperature on aircon below 21 degrees -Sunbeds in garden area taken up very early and reserved - then you had to lie in rows with 18 inches between you and next sunbed by the pool -The breakfast hot items out on the hot plate were just cold every morning -The Egg station would be more at home in a transport cafe - one morning I waited 10 minutes before someone appeared -We ordered room service twice and on both occasions items were missing -You are told to ring 9 for reception for everything including room service - one evening I rang 10 times with no pick up n On the positive side the view over the marina is very pleasant and the restaurants good quality so maybe would have been a better experience had we been able to eat out of the hotel. So just average and plenty of better options in this part of the island"

"We have just finished a short stay for 3 nights . We so wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is fabulous - very well Maintained and looked after and stunning views overlooking the port. We had a jacuzzi room on the third floor with a large balcony area where we sat all afternoon and late evening until sun went down. Sunshine in morning down by the pool area and beach if you fancy it. Hotel offers a free shuttle to the marina which is a lovely touch. Lots of bars and restaurants in the marina and wonderful place to people watch. We needed a reset after being so busy at work and this is just what we needed. Most of all, the staff are superb and so friendly and brilliant at what they do and can’t do enough for you. Thank you to everyone at the hotel - so professional! We would love to come back and stay longer next time !"
