Pure Salt Port Adriano

"We were enjoying a massage at the hotel spa and everything went smoothly until the end. As I was stepping out of the shower in the spa changing room, a hotel cleaner barged in without knocking. She apologized, but I was completely undressed—an unacceptable breach of privacy. After dressing, I went to the spa receptionist, who told me not to complain to her and to take it up with management. At the front desk, the receptionist took my complaint and said neither the manager nor the deputy manager were available on site or on call, but assured me I would receive a call the next day (we were about to leave). Monday, November 3, 2025 came and went with no call. This morning I phoned the hotel and was told the manager was in a meeting. This is not how to handle a situation like this. I won’t return, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values their privacy. There are much better hotels in Mallorca that take guest privacy seriously and, on the rare occasions I’ve had far smaller issues, address them promptly—unlike here. I’m sure they’ll reply to this review with an apology or whatever, but the point is they failed to address the problem when it happened and again the next day, despite promising they would."

"It was just ok. The spa didn't open until 10am so it would have been nice to have it available before breakfast. We're now staying at the Castillo hotel Son Vida where it's a whole different experience. 24 hour spa and gym facilities"

"We stayed for a week last week in one of their De Luxe Sea View rooms. It is a lovely small Adults Only Hotel situated above the Port Adriana Marina. The room was really spacious with separate Bath and Rain Shower, plus a large Balcony with Loungers and Chairs/Table. They have a lovely Restaurant with both Inside and Terrace Tables. Breakfasts were very good, and Dinners were excellent. The staff were all really friendly and efficient, both in the restaurant, bedroom services and also Reception. Can really recommend."
