You’ll find three outdoor pools at the Pleta de Mar. That includes two infinity pools, which allow you to get up close and personal to the water’s edge and really admire that spectacular view. The largest is positioned in front of the restaurant, and there’s another surrounded by trees in a more secluded spot overlooking the ocean.
Finally, there’s a pool in the spa area for guests to discover. This one’s always heated to an optimal temperature, so feels good when you ease yourself into its inviting waters, whatever the weather.
Almost primal in its philosophy, the restaurant at Pleta de Mar prefers a back-to-basics approach where open-fire cooking imparts an irresistible smokey flavour to all of its dishes. The cuisine is unashamedly Mediterranean at its roots, however, and utilises only the finest local produce sourced from across the Balearic Islands.
