Lavish wellness escape with an exquisite spa

An intoxicating blend of Mallorquin hilltop village and full-on five-star luxury, a stay at Cap Vernell Grand Hotel is one that’s not easily forgotten. Whether you’re finding inner peace at the fittingly named Serenitas Spa, taking part in a yoga or pilates class, or simply relaxing by the side of one of the spectacular pools, this honey-hued hideaway consistently delights with both its spectacular setting and calming ambiance.

And if you’re an unashamed foodie, you’re also in luck. The Cap Vermell Grand Hotel’s two Michelin-Starred Restaurant – Voro – promises an extraordinary culinary experience. And that’s not to mention the other high-quality à la cartes and bars that are designed to tantalise your palate. A feast for the senses is all but guaranteed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Hotel highlights

It’s challenging to achieve one Michelin Star let alone two. But Voro more than earns its prestigious award with bold, contemporary cuisine that’s heavily inspired by the evocative flavours of the Mediterranean. As befitting of such a revered restaurant, attention is paid to the tiniest detail, including the exceptional quality of the ingredients.

But that’s not all you’ll find here – from a tapas bar that serves up little slices of heaven to an unforgettable lunch consisting of the finest local dishes served in an area of boundless natural beauty, every day brings the promise of a new taste sensation. And it’s all located on one breathtaking resort.

The hotel’s stunning sports complex is a comprehensive space of state-of-the-art sports facilities for couples, families, and solo travellers alike. Practice your backstroke in the semi-Olympic pool, before turning up the heat in the onsite sauna and Turkish bath. There’s a fully equipped and air-conditioned gym, too, so you can always set your own pace.

The Country Club is also where you’ll find paddle and tennis courts, a relaxation area, and the children’s club with all its fun-focused activities. The latter being the ideal way for parents to grab a bit of me-time.

Gently cascading waterfalls, views of the Canyamel Valley and the unforgettable scent of rosemary, thyme, and lavender, it’s difficult to think of a better setting for a luxurious spa. But that is just a small fraction of the experience. As between the Himalayan salt sauna, the vitality pool, and treatments carried out only with the finest brands, all the pieces fit together perfectly.

Any visit to Serenitas isn’t complete without trying out the quartz sand bed, either. There’s simply nothing like it in Majorca and is designed to relieve everyday aches and pains in the most unique and euphoric way possible. You can enjoy complimentary yoga and stretching sessions throughout the summer months, too.

  1. Located in a traditional Majorcan building with lofty ceilings and large windows, the breakfast room at Cap Vermell is another jewel in its crown. Enjoy a varied array of dishes from across the globe and sweeping views of the Canyamal Valley.
  2. For healthy cuisine that doesn’t sacrifice amazing flavour head to the pantry at the Country Club Fresh, seasonal produce is used to rejuvenate tired bones following your mid-afternoon workout.
  3. Four shimmering pools – including a children’s pool and two reserved just for grown-ups – provides the heavenly backdrop to a day of rest and relaxation. A shuttle bus bound for the beach leaves every hour, too.
