"This was our second visit to this hotel We had previously loved this hotel The hotel is very clean spotless The staff are brilliant and helpful nice to see same staff on 2nd visit We stayed for 10 days I would say the food has changed since last year, breakfast although offering lots of choice however Brussels on the menu a little strange! With your baked beans and fried egg a bit weird! Lots of choice maybe too much as quality over quantity would be better in my opinion The morning chef was so busy and he could have done with a little help as replenishment was slow and lacking consistency not a criticism of the chef but a staffing issue for a more efficient service. My only other issue was the use and annoyance of the use of the Spa facility by children under the age of 16 with no parent responsibility monitoring the use, however the following day I noticed a lifeguard/ staff member on poolside after complaints by guests My other issue the room had 2 single beds and one needed maintenance it made a noise when sat upon or moved! A bath mat would also be appreciated as bathroom was always saturated after shower no matter how careful one is. Overall this is a wonderful hotel and would recommend it"

"Great location I’ve rated my stay excellent because of the quality of the staff working there who were absolutely great, the hotel is in a great location, very clean and pool area excellent. Food in the restaurant is great quality but choice diminishes quickly towards the end of the mealtimes , bar prices are reasonable and the entertainment was great."

"My wife and I are on the last day of our four day stay in room 402. Everything about this hotel is top notch. The staff from reception, cleaners and restaurant workers are all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with excellent air conditioning, We had a tuning fault with the room t.v. but after reporting it this was quickly fixed. The standard of cleaning in the hotel is very high it is gleamingly clean. Food was good and fresh, and drinks , I found not too expensive. I had undisturbed sleep each night with no noise from anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel"
