"Overall, I liked the stay. I found the very good location of the hotel, the cleanliness throughout the building, as well as the regular changing of towels and bed linen to be particularly positive. The breakfast was excellent and offered a very good selection. The hotel is cozy, quiet, and pleasant. The option to check in earlier than the official check-in time was also very positive. My room was on the top, fourth floor and was offered as a room with a terrace. However, I could hardly use the terrace during the day, as there is no roofing or shading there and the sun is very strong. In my opinion, a sun umbrella would be a very useful addition here. If I were to come to this hotel again, I personally would prefer a room on a middle floor. An option to select the preferred floor when booking would therefore be very desirable. I also find it positive that there is a safe in every room. However, it was not clear to me when booking or on-site that the use of the safe is subject to an additional charge. I would have liked clearer information here. In my opinion, it would be more customer-friendly to include the few euros for safe use directly in the room rate. For individual travelers, the journey from the airport to the hotel, especially at night without bus connections, is not exactly easy. The transfer offered by the hotel costs 95 euros, which in my opinion is quite expensive for a person traveling alone. A cheaper transfer price would therefore be very desirable. Despite the points mentioned, I felt comfortable overall. However, in my personal opinion, the hotel does not quite meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. For me, it would be more of a good 3-star hotel."

"Perfect, very good welcome, very good services and top location. Just the evening meal! You have to go eat by 7 p.m. max otherwise there is nothing left! The Germans eat very early and there is only one seating!"
