"Stayed here in August on an all inclusive basis. It was extremely busy. No problem getting anything we wanted at the bar and restaurant. Queues (when there were any) were short and didn't take long to disappear. The food and drink we got was excellent. We thought the choices of both food and drink were excellent. Never had a problem. The staff were amazing. I always think if you make an nice effort with them, they will make a nicer effort back. Which they did. The staff appreciate you trying to speak Spanish and help you when you get stuck. The English with a few of them was not so strong but they tried their best. I even spent a few hours with some of them at a bar across the road when they finished work. It was a nice experience. I couldn't comment on any of them in particular as they were all good. I made sure I tipped for their excellent service. I enjoyed the mix of nationalities at this hotel. I spoke with around ten different nationalities. Us English are spoilt. We are so lucky they speak our language. No problem getting beds by the pool. Might not always have been in the place we wanted but good enough for us. Especially when you consider this is an extremely busy school holiday time. The spa was excellent and kids were allowed when accompanied by an adult. I've never been to a hotel that allows kids to use the spa before so this seemed quite unique to me. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach and the sea. I walked straight out of the side exit of the hotel, a few hundred metres and jumped into the sea. It is a nice beach area with a few bar restaurants within hotels that you can use. One belongs to the sister hotel. The area is not extremely busy but there are a few bars and restaurants on the doorstep. You would not go short for a change of scenery out of the hotel. If you want night life it is within a mile in a taxi. We walked to it in the day. It is a nice walk along the sea front. There are a few bike hire shops next to the hotel. One (Ditsches) also looks after what I would call proper cyclists. They looked after me nicely. I didn't use the others so could not comment. To finish off my review. I loved the hotel and I loved the area it was in."

"It didn´t meet our expectations for what we paid. The night entertainment were very loud, and right outside our room, very annoying. We paid all inclusive, but not all drinks were included in restaurant and the drink dispensers had only cheap carboniseed drinks. The room was ok, but quite small. Pool was big and lovely."

"We had a really nice week at this hotel. The bedroom was spacious and luckily we had a great view of the pool and sea. Meals was very tasty and varied and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Great customer service. My husband‘s birthday was whilst we were there, and a note was left, offering a bottle of Prosecco and leaving a box of chocolates on the bed. Also the dining room staff brought miniature cakes with a candle and sang happy birthday to him. All in all, a very memorable experience experience"
