"A first class hotel. The room was spotlessly clean with good storage and space. We had a gas view room which literally overlooked the sea.e went to sleep to the sound of Cuevas as and waves on the shore.See attached photos. The main hotel was spotless too.We were on all-inclusive and the food nd drink was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier."

"Dreamy beach location with great service – absolutely recommended! We spent two wonderful weeks at the Ferrer Concord and were super satisfied overall! The location is unbeatable. The hotel is located on the first line to the sea, right on the beautiful, fine sandy beach of Son Bauló. Since it is located on the quieter edge of Can Picafort, you avoid the biggest crowds, but are in the middle of the center in about 15–20 minutes on foot via the promenade. A great nature reserve also borders right next door. The rooms have been modernized, are bright, furnished in a contemporary style, and extremely clean. The amenities with a large TV, very comfortable beds, coffee machine, and electric kettle leave nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we did not have a room with a sea view, but the view was also very exciting. The view of the pedestrian area is nice. The rooms are a bit compact, but perfectly adequate for a vacation. The biggest plus of this hotel! The entire team – from the reception to the restaurant to room service – is incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. You feel welcome immediately. The food at the buffet was varied and delicious. The all-inclusive-plus offer is practical, including free snacks like fresh pizza by the pool during the day. A small minus point is the relatively compact outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the unpleasant habit of reserving loungers with towels starts here as early as 8:00 a.m. It is brilliant, however, that you can use the spacious spa area and the larger sports pool of the sister hotel Ferrer Janeiro (only 50m away) for free!"

"My wife and I have just stayed here for a week and have had a fantastic stay. We requested an upgrade before arrival and for €100 total got a fantastic, spacious 4th floor room, with excellent sea views. The upgrade came with All inclusive plus status, mini bar, robes, enhanced drinks package etc. (We had originally booked an all inclusive standard sea view room.) The staff were all brilliant and here are some of the names we remember, sorry for those who we have missed. Sylvia, Pepe, Eli, Jenny, Maria, Luciana, Felix, Tacu, Rosa. The food was exceptional, quality and variety. The AI plus drinks options were not as varied as some hotels we’ve stayed at, but the service times 10am-midnight were longer than any we’ve experienced before! High standard of cleanliness. Outdoor areas were small, but really well furnished with a decent sized, pleasant temperature pool. There is also a huge covered terrace. The location is great, right on the seafront with easy access to a lifeguarded beach. It is in the very pleasant area of San Baulo, 15 minutes from the resort centre, but with plenty of bars, restaurants, hotels and a bus service nearby. It was the perfect spot for our first visit to the area. This hotel and location are highly recommended! Thank you all at Globales for making ours such a lovely stay."
