"It was our first time in an all inclusive hotel because wanted everything to be as easy as possible with a 3yo and a baby. The food was great for a buffet, especially the grill. Unfortunately, there were occasionally very long ques to get the food, especially after the mexican restaurant closed in mid-September. We took the biggest room (50m2) so that would get a separatistien bedroom and a living room. We were shocked to find out that there was no door between the two rooms and that they were also connected with the bathroom, which didn’t have doors in either ends! Also the shower was open and actually opened up to a hallway. Absolutely not a single space for privacy, not even in the shower! Atleast the toilet had a (glass) door. Very strange arrangement for a family hotel (which it definitely was, couples, avoid this hotel). Pool areas and the beach were very nice and the shuttle service worked out fine."
