"My husband and I have just returned from Don Pedro hotel and although we had a lovely holiday and the hotel was in a beautiful location with outstanding views there is some points future guests need to be made aware of . The hotel advertised in the brochure DOES NOT have a second pool! . On top of the hotel there is nothing there where the pool should be! . If there was one it would be incredible and they made use of the space with a bar etc for the evenings would be amazing . You are also charged 35 Euros for the beach/ pool towels and every time you change them you are charged one Euro each . The food is absolutely awful in the main restaurant always cold and unappetising however the food in the snack bar is outstanding always freshly cooked and delicious . The hotel itself is definitely not a four star maybe a two star and it definitely needs a paint job ! . The toilets constantly smelt of sewage too in our room . The hotel itself was clean and bed linen and towels in the room were changed regularly . We did have entertainment in the evening which was great but it was shown in the lounge area but not very visible as there were pillars in the way so changing the setting/ location would be better so people could enjoy it more. The umbrellas for shade covering were all broken so need replacing . We would like to thank Sandy the waiter in the snack bar and the bartender down stairs his name began with P for outstanding service ."

"We just came back from this amazing hotel .friendly helpful staff. Cleaning lady was friendly Cleaning was very good in our room. We had room 318 Seaview Room amazing vews. Food was good. Drinks reasonable price. Set in quiet place for relaxation Some restaurants nearby. If you like going out drinking on night this isn't for you . We've stayed in all different places in majorca but this one is just pure relaxation We really enjoyed the peace. Would definitely come back. Dean and Ana"

"This was supposed to be a gorgeous 4* couples holiday. It turned into ants in the bed. Mould on the walls. A complete lack of service and no apologies. Our first room 128, had 30+ ants crawling around. In the bed amongst the milk and sugar. Everywhere. The shower poured water out into the hallway. And the photo frames had squished dead bugs in them. 128 is also situated at the top of the stairs from the entertainment (bad) and you can hear every word. It took 2 nights in the ant room before we could be moved (downgraded) which we accepted simply so we could be ant free. The new room smelt like cigarette smoke. Honestly I could go on and on about the hotel. Buffet poor Food allergy and labelling very poor General service poor Location stunning Pool tiles falling off and filter dirty There’s a gorgeous restaurant round the corner called Poli if you do feel the need to go elsewhere like we did. If this was advertised as a 3* I would be slightly less angry. But alas it was not."
