"We stayed here for 7 nights and was one of the best experience we had. The hotel was recently renovated and looked good, the rooms were spacious, new and clean. The restaurant served good and fresh food with plenty of options for all tastes. All the staff members were kindl and friendly and accomodated everything we needed. It’s very close both to one of the beaches and the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants. I would be happy to return and I highly recommend it, it’s a great choice."

"Lovely hotel in a great spot, as it's stones throw away from the beach, and a short walk along the promenade to the marina. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard, rooms are lovely. Half board option- breakfast is your usual offering, evening meal, is a small selection, food is OK, however, needs to be more plain choices, there was spaghetti there, yet no sauce to go with it, pizzas, Tuna, Bacon etc however a margarita should be an everyday standard, as that is universally liked by all. Pool snack bar, food is great, and reasonably prices, pizza, sandwiches. Drinks are really reasonably priced. The staff here are lovely, especially the lady in the pool side bar, who does the cooking, she is so lovely and friendly! Not enough sunbeds. I looked around and there is room for another 20 sunbeds at least around the area, there are a lot of gaps, where extra sunbeds can fit, and also there is a lot of space around the top end of the pool to fit extra sunbeds. Life guard on duty all day, which is great. Rooms cleaned daily, which I didn't expect, but again great! Pool is a bit strong on the chlorine front, it definitely needs some checking and adjusting, the smell is quite strong and also dyed swimwear due to the high levels of chlorine, I understand the need for chlorine levels to be maintained, however if you tested the water it would be way over the parameters, so maybe just need to adjust your chlorine dosing equipment, not sure if you have chlorine probes fitted to automatically dose the pool, or if you do, maybe they need a clean."

"Loved the location - minutes from the beach & shops plus some great eateries, which you'll need some nights as the evening buffet for half board customers really lets this hotel down. Great salad, fresh bread & if you like pork, you'll be grand! We are good eaters but we struggled to enjoy anything some evenings. Best nights were chinese themed & the chilli wasn't bad. Breakfast we couldn't fault - great choices & mostly well cooked. If you eat out, I recommend the burgers, chicken satay & bolognaise at Tiki Beach & the fish at Porto Bello. The rooms are really modern, comfy & cleaned every day with plenty of towels. Despite this, there was a bit of a sewage whiff at times, esp in my daughter's room & other guests did remark on this. Super friendly staff. Chilled & laid back atmosphere - no dash for sunbeds & usually available. Lovely pool & not over crowded. Quiet mostly & other guests were mainly German/Spanish - respectful & everyone was chill. Entertainment wasn't every night, but we enjoyed some singers 2 nights. There are some good street entertainers in the port area some nights plus some nice bars/shops which were good to mooch around. Loved the resort & hotel is fine - but i'd do B&B next time or self catering. Wifi great."
