"So many wonderful things to say about this hotel. We booked very last minute and was not expecting a great deal but we have been pleasantly surprised. Rooms are a little old fashioned but they are clean, quiet and super comfortable. The restaurant is noisy and chaotic but the food standard and choices definitely make up for this! How the restaurant staff cope I do not know but they are all fantastic! We loved the Tex Mex cafe by the pool - made lunch times simple and again the food was wonderful. Also loved the fact that you exchanged a card for a drink - it ensures there isn’t a mountain of cups everywhere and the pool area remains fly and wasp free. The pools were fabulous for young and old. The entertainment team work super hard but they are not pestering people, I think they have have found the right balance for holiday makers. There is nothing I can fault about this hotel - yes it’s noisy in the restaurant but it is a family hotel and everyone is relaxed and enjoying their holiday - just as they should. We would definitely return."

"FERGUS ANIMATION team was AMAZING! A very very special Thank You to VANESSA who was absolutely amazing and made this a 5 star trip for us. Without her and the animation team this experience would not have been the same. So a BIG THANK YOU to Vanessa and all the animation team! We traveled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids (4 years and 1 year old). Hotel was very good too and PERFECT for families. We will definitely be back to this hotel in the future and we highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. However, there was often a long wait at reception, and although air conditioning was advertised, we were only provided with a room fan. The bar staff were unfriendly at times, and guests were not allowed glassware even when away from the pool area, with all drinks served in plastic cups. The tennis tournament players also seemed to be favoured over other guests. Unfortunately, as English guests we definitely did not feel particularly welcome, and it often felt as though German and French guests were given preference. On a positive note, the animation team were fantastic and really helped make the stay more enjoyable."
