Belle Marivent Mediterranean Petit Hotel

"My mum and I enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in a junior suite with patio - the space was perfect for our needs. When we arrived the staff had put up balloons in our room and left a bottle of prosecco on ice with two glasses, to celebrate my mum's birthday. The bed is described as 'double' but it was much larger than a standard UK double bed. The staff really were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and happy to help with any requests. We visited the beach and went into Palma using either a bus or Uber. Uber varied between €11 up to €26 - depending on price surges. The staff offered to book taxis - which we did use to get to the airport on the way back. This was €35 cash or card. The Uber from Palma airport to the hotel was €26. The bus was €2 and the bus stop was conveniently located outside the hotel. The breakfast was more or less next door (the hotel is too small to fit in a restaurant currently) but the breakfast was delightful! The walk to the beach was around 5 minutes and the staff will provide beach towels. The beach was lovely and the location of the hotel means you have a lovely balance between beach and city. The lady, who was working in the evenings when we stayed, was so helpful providing tips on where to visit in Palma. We tried bar Abaco at her recommendation - which was an experience! The hotel was very clean, tastefully decorated and the lobby smelled amazing. The rooftop pool has a honesty bar and it was really pleasant to spend time up there as the sun was setting. A small beer was €3- payment was at the end of your stay. In the lobby there is a tea and coffee corner. We used this a few times - in the morning there are pastries and cookies as well as drinks available. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and we are already eyeing up a visit for another time. "Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and a fantastic team looking after you. This place is great. It is small but if you are looking for somewhere to have as a base and then get out and about then this place is perfect. Theres a bus stop just outside which means you can get around really easily. Pablo was fantastic and really helped us so much while we stayed. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed so thank you so much! The only thing it didnt have was an iron but I think they did have a laundry service. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for us. You can take a short 5 min walk into Cala Major and get to the beach and some lovely resturants (check out Scratch!) or take a longer walk past all the boats in the marina to Palma and take a look around the cathedral and more resturants. I didn't check out the roof bar but we stayed out of season so cant comment on that. And there was hardly any noise from the road once the door was shut. We will definitely be back, thanks again!!"
