Ona Village Cala D'Or

"We’ve been staying at Ona Village Cala Egos for many years and have started to take for granted the excellent apartments, wonderful surroundings and a very nice pool. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need. This year the staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Returning to the complex from a walk with my wife, I stepped on to a manhole in the middle of the pavement. Although it looked fine, unfortunately it was damaged and the lid tilted so that I finished up with both legs inside the manhole and the top half of my body in the road. It could have been far worse but I still removed the skin from various large parts of both legs on the rusty interior. As we were not far from “home” I went straight to reception. Not only did they call for a doctor but also the police so that I could report the damage to myself and to try to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else. The reception staff escorted the doctor and later the police to our apartment. The following day from the director to cleaners everyone was concerned that I had received sufficient attention. I cannot praise the staff enough."

"We had such a great time and pleasantly surprised with how lovely our apartment was and how clean the whole complex was. There’s a lovely pool and great added extras such as a mini golf, chess games, park… so much for families, couples & friends alike. Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly & accommodating. The marina, crazy train, cocktails at tiki bar, cala dor all within 10-15 mins from the hotel. Will definitely return!"
