"Just returned back from a lovely holiday, loved the hotel, the location was brilliant the beach being 2 minutes away, all staff were very helpful and kind, particularly, waiters Oscar and Pedro. We had a few issues with the room which was quickly resolved by reception George and Michael, the rooms were spotless with everyday cleans and fresh towels, outside gardens immaculate, lovely swimming pool which was quiet and a relaxing atmosphere The breakfast had a good choice. In summary the main thing for our stay were the employees all smiling and couldn’t do enough for you, would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you🙂"

"I chose this hotel based on reviews for a birthday trip for my mum. This was suppose to be a four star hotel but it is far from it. When we arrived I was told that we would have to pay for the safety deposit box never in a 4 star hotel have I ever had to do this but ok I thought. When we got to the room it was ok nothing spectacular. The next day I went to open the window in the bathroom only to find it was broken not a big problem however at the end of the day we returned to find our room had not been cleaned. I went to reception to query how often the room was cleaned as I had expected it to be daily. I was informed it was either daily or every other day but they said it would be changed to daily I also told then about the window. The following day upon returning to our room again it had not been cleaned and the bathroom window would no longer open. I complained and was told that they would check with housekeeping. What 4 star hotel is not cleaned daily even after complaining the day before it had not been cleaned! We returned to the room an hour later and our beds had been changed and there was clean towels however the cups were still dirty and the floor had not been moped or the balcony swept. It was such a disappointment and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel."
