"Am nearing the end of a lovely 3 week holiday at this lovely hotel. To begin with I must say I totally agree with all the great reviews this hotel gets- its perfect location,its modern rooms ,and in particular the cleaning staff and animation staff[Ishmael,Miguel and the one with the pony tail[sorry cant remember his name ???].Best of all is the way the hotel's management team respond to ALL customer reviews. Having said all this you are now asking why only a 3-star review???This lovely hotel is let down by its balcony.Why? I have stayed in similar hotels all over the world and never had a balcony so large-large enough for a pool table and table tennis table combined .SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?Whats the point of having such a huge balcony if you can hardly use it?The only thing on it is a table and chairs-alright for meals but what about relaxing ?One morning I carried a sunbed onto the balcony from the pool only to have it removed that afternoon with a polite note saying sunbeds are not allowed on balconies???When I complained I was told the sunbeds were for ALL guests not for individual guests-but by taking 1 sunbed we freed up 2 sunbeds by the pool. In order to use the rest of the balcony I had to use lounge cushions to lie on -not preferable for myself or the hotel. In conclusion I believe the hotel should change its policy on this matter.whilst I realize 95%of the guests are families the hotel should NOT neglect the other 5% -couples like us who do not want to spend hours lying next to a noisy pool/slides/childrens playground.-1 sunbed or indeed 2 cane /deck chairs balcony on every that we see on the superior rooms would solve this problem."

"Great place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Superb location minutes away from two beaches. Friendly and attentive staff. Decent size rooms with great balcony’s. About 10 minutes walk into the main area. Will 100% be back again next year but for longer. Could not fault it."

"We spent a week at this wonderful accommodation. (2 adults, 6yo & 4yo) Clean, friendly and an all rounder for a family trip. The food was good when we had a breakfast, added bonus of kids eating for free with your purchase. (€20 euros pp) The drinks from the bar were lovely! Bar staff are polite, friendly and always making sure you’re catered for. Isla (I think was her name, she had a dog called River) was warm and friendly. The entertainment team was INCREDIBLE! They really cared, listened to the kids and gave them memories to treasure. Special shout out to Lucia, she is an absolute gem. Heart of gold that girl. Location of the hotel is perfect. Few minutes walk to a few different beaches and the train that you can catch at the back of the hotel that we got down to the marina. Not too long a walk to the centre where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a convenience shop about 4 minutes walk from the hotel which is super handy. I would definitely go back to visit this same hotel."
