"Oh dear, stayed in a self catering room that you couldn’t swing a cat in!! On arrival we had to leave our suitcases in lockers @ €4 for 4hrs as we couldn’t check in until 3pm. The kettle didn’t work but fortunately had taken my travel one. The two rings on the hob were all rusted and far from usable. The mattresses on the beds were appalling, just blocks of soft foam that were so old there was a permanent dip straight down the middle. The pool areas were pleasant and clean, although the water was bitter cold. On checking out we had to vacate the room by 11 so again had to pay for lockers to store the cases until we left in the evening. €4 for 4hrs or €8 for 8 hours if you have a late flight. Safe to say we won’t be staying again."

"Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Diner/Lounge with patio door to a large balcony. The bedroom was ok with patio doors onto the same balcony. We were all inclusive but the fridge remained empty, and the kettle didn’t go off automatically. The safe cost 15 euros. The worst part of the room was the bathroom which stank from the drainage. We complained to reception several times but to no avail. Fortunately we were only there for 4 days otherwise we would have requested a room change. Cleaning was minimal, on one occasion we had no hand towels and another we had no bathmat. The shower was quite slippy. The food was lovely, loads of choice for all 3 meals, we found dinner could be rushed with only having a 2 hour window. A great big shout out to Naida in the restaurant. On our first night we came down to find a packed restaurant, Naida spotted us and took us to a room at the back, it was almost like private dining!! It was our granddaughter’s birthday the next day and Naida had saved us the same room for ‘La Famillie’ as she called us. She also brought a bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate. She went out of her way to help us for every evening. The entertainment was good, the alcohol was fine and the weather was ok.Although it was busy whilst we were there we found no problem getting sunbeds for all 5 of us. There are shops within 5 minutes of the hotel, including a Tiki Bar that did great cocktails. Cala Egos and Cala d’es Pou are within easy walking distance and the Land Train that goes around the Marina is a must! We all had a lovely stay at Martha’s with Naida making it worth the 4 star rating."

"Good points. The apartment & balcony were spacious. The food at lunch and dinner was varied and of good quality. Staff were generally friendly and welcoming. Easy check in. The massage chairs in reception were amazing! Bad Points. One of the entertainment crew did ‘black face’ when hosting an event which isn’t acceptable in 2025. Reported this to reception and was told this would be reported to a director and somebody would get back to me, however nobody did. Left us feeling incredibly uncomfortable and would’ve considered changing hotels, however we had family joining us for the weekend. There was no aircon available in the rooms as it had been switched to heating. This made the apartment rather uncomfortable for most of our stay as the weather was mostly warm and sunny. The room towels were thin and looked well used and housekeeping wasn’t the best as the floors weren’t swept, shower gels/soap not refilled etc. Lots of the sun loungers were damaged - sagging or unable to prop up the head rest."
