Blue Sea Cases D'Or

"An honest review, and the only review I think I have ever written. Hotel location was great and can’t fault it, minutes from bars cafes, restaurants and beaches. If you’re driving as we were parking available at all times directly outside. The atmosphere around the hotel was great, entertainment team were always friendly and active to all ages of guests. Evening entertainment and the team including restaurant and bar staff were an asset to the hotel. Rooms were adequate in size but not kept up together, the lack of maintenance showed with a few defects raised on our first couple of days. (Sink didn’t drain away, leaking bathroom ceiling from an above apartment- card door entry not working great. Pool areas were very busy as expected, including morning sun lounge hunt, although we always managed to go find some maybe not 4 but 2/3. The cleanliness of the pool areas wasn’t great especially in the Cases pool, I fact it was a slight disgrace either empty cups, cigarettes butts, plasters, wrappers of some sort laying in situ for days on end. Old towels along with inflatables left by previous holiday makers left in piles on loungers. Numerous sun loungers had broken head recliners, that were also left in unsightly places. We were AI and can honestly say the food was good albeit a slightly repetitive, however always something to eat for our group of 2 adults and young teenagers. We didn’t feel the need to mix it up and venture outside of the hotel restaurant to eat. Unfortunately I do feel that the high end hotel management team aren’t helping the small members of staff maintain, clean and provide a positive experience ensuring returning holiday makers. Overall it was satisfactory, assisted by the current staff, however cleanliness was poor, maintenance vertically non existent. A return visit to this hotel wouldn’t be something we considered unless improvements were made to the negatives."

"We stayed at BLUESEA Ses Cases d'Or in July 2026 (13th - 20th) and had a fabulous time enjoying the fantastic hotel's facilities (pool, entertainment area and restaurants). This was our second time staying at this hotel, after the first time being so great we decided to book once again. The hotel is very well-kept, with nice rooms, great entertainment and nice pools. As ever, the food was not the best, but was decent for what an all-inclusive hotel has to offer. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, making our stay and time there even more special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to prospective guests wanting a nice, busy and vibrant vibe from a hotel resort within the beautiful scenery of Cala D'Or."

"We’ve recently visited this hotel as a family of 7, with a 4 year old and 3 month old. Firstly, i’d give this hotel a 3 and a half star. The reception is very modern and clean with great air con. And friendly staff. We paid extra for a premium room, although i think this was just an extra lick of paint and new kitchen. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the extra and if your advertising as perimuin then i think they need to be in better quality. Our air con wasn’t the best in our room either and despite having a 3 month old they didn’t seem that bothered about helping. They said they’d sent someone up but we still couldn’t notice a difference. There is 4 outside pools and one indoor. All family friendly. Altogether they could definitely do with being cleaned more frequently. Our feet were always dirty by the pool side. The pool often had bugs and leaves floating around in it. You also had to get up early for sunbeds. The entertainment was amazing, they hired out different entertainment for most nights, they put in a lot of effort and was enjoyed by all. Especially the mo town tributes who got everyone up and dancing! The photographer was so friendly and constantly made the effort to speak to us in passing! We all loved our photos he took of us too. The all inclusive was a typical holiday food. Something different every night although it does get a bit repetitive as you can imagine. The drinks choice was good, although us being fussy weren’t that keen on the pre-made cocktails we’d prefer handmade ones. There was also only one all inclusive bar. Snack times were good too. The only down side is we went to get a drink at 10:57pm and they refused to serve us despite it being open till 11pm. Over all we had a great time, it’s in a indeal location."
