"My daughter and I stayed in this hotel from 06/10/26 to 09/10/26 for my birthday we’re upgraded to a sea view room 4224 with a amazing view The hotel itself is old but clean the food in our opinion was good plenty choice although not very hot at times and the drinks were good we were AI The entertainment was good day and night and the animation team were spot on ,all the staff were very friendly and work hard The position of the hotel is good there are plenty of shops bars and restaurants outside of the hotel and was about a 15 minute walk in to Calla D’Or We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return"

"Amazing hotel, location, staff, facilities all 10/10! We have had the best time and don’t want to go home! We had a pleasant experience with all the staff! They can’t do enough for you, so attentive we’ve never had such a great drinks service in the evening at a 4 star hotel even some 5 stars we have stayed at wow! As soon as the glass is empty they are asking if you want another and they are so friendly, the entertainment team were also great and so friendly and the shows were impressive and super entertainment they work so hard, reception team the friendliest we have ever encountered and the food service staff great too! It feels like all staff want to give the best experience for your holiday to be as amazing as it can and it hasn’t gone unnoticed! Queues are minimal which is a bonus, best cocktails too! No sunbed wars which is a must! Beautiful views from our side sea view room! We would love to come again you won’t regret booking this hotel all aspects are just wonderful!"

"Second time at this hotel which is in a great location and staff. Rooms 01-14 ground floor have damp issues. Placed in room 005, it was dark like a dungeon, cramped and you would hit the TV when walking past bed end. The damp smell.was overwhelming and bedding lightly damp, really horrible room! The reception stated I didn't want to change room but the next morning they did and responded well to concerns and upgraded. The upgrade was level 693 good views strong smell of feaces outside and inside door and went when aired out daily. AC was poor in the room. Food was good overall, varied and tended to find something 5/7 evenings. Though varied every day it was cold no matter what time you go. Drink quality was good and service was excellent, great bar staff. Entertainment every night, the team worked hard and did a great job. Upper pool was nice , food snacks was the same every day, bland and cold. Found a sun bed most days but low season."
