"Upon late arrival, reception were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of sun loungers available around the pool. Token system for drinks is a pain. Local spirits not that great, I paid for a frozen cocktail to realise they used the Local spirits rather than the branded ones, not impressed at over 6 euro for a cocktail. Storm Adam hit whilst there, so wasn't warm enough for the pools, we thought they should of opened the evening entertainment lounge and put something on for the kids? We found the food ok, most luke warm and not very much choice nearly the same meals every day. Popular breakfast items not being topped up so if you arrived after 9am you missed out! Didn't plan to really leave the hotel as went for a relaxing break, but as weather was bad went out for the day."

"We’ve recently returned from a week’s all inclusive family holiday at the Globales Maioris in Mallorca, and overall we had a really enjoyable sta.I would give the hotel 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and cleaned regularly. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the overall standard was good. The food was good, with a decent selection available throughout our stay.There was enough choice to keep everyone happy, and we always managed to find something we enjoyed.The drinks and all inclusive arrangements were also good and made the holiday feel like good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a positive experience with the service throughout the week. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing.They were always friendly, full of energy and, importantly, took the time to come over and say hello. They made a real effort to interact with guests and helped create a lovely atmosphere around the hotel. It’s these little things that make a difference to a holiday. One small downside was the coffee machines.Unfortunately, they didn’t seem to be working very often when we went to get a coffee, which was a little frustrating.Hopefully, this is something that could be looked at. For us, the best part was simply being able to relax and enjoy some quality family time, switch off from everyday life and enjoy the sunshine after the rain disappeared 😂 If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, this hotel is perfect However, if you’re looking for late night drinking and partying, this probably isn’t the place for you. It’s much more suited to those wanting a chilled out break rather than a lively nightlife scene, so it’s worth bearing that in mind when booking. Overall, Globales Maioris gave us a very good holiday experience. Apart from a few minor things, such as the coffee machines, nothing stood out as a major issue during our stay.We came away having enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend the hotel to families and couples looking for a relaxing all inclusive break in Mallorca. "A 4* hotel located off the beaten path with little to do or see in the immediate vicinity. On the positive side, impeccable cleanliness everywhere, rooms, lobby, hallways, pool. The kindness of the staff, the very diverse food whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The "negative" points: the token system to get a drink at the bars. Upon arrival at the hotel, you are given a token. If you want a drink, you must give the token to get a glass, don't forget it, otherwise no drink! When your glass is finished, you must return it to the bar to get your token back. While the idea seems "good" to avoid glasses everywhere, it is more than unpleasant to wait in line when there are 10 people in front of you to get the token back. For me, it had become a dealbreaker... Another negative point: I have rarely seen a restaurant this noisy. When it is full, you can't hear yourself think. Really something to rethink. And so, a rating of 4 out of 5"
