Zafiro Tropic

"We stayed for 5 nights and it was our third time in Mallorca and easily our favourite. Loved our stay! Location is great. 3/5 mins walk from strip and beach, perfect. It's also quiet enough around the hotel itself. When we arrived our air con wasn't working. Within 2 mins an engineer was in the room switching it on and showing us how to work it. The food was amazing - we are vegetarians and there was enough choice to have something new for lunch / breakfast there each day. The bar is fabulous and the staff really have a warmth and enthusiasm about them. The whole premises was really outstanding, spotlessly clean and the supermarket was a great addition. The entertainment! My kids loved it. They're still watching back the videos of the disco. The staff were just top notch and the place was ideally suited for us to take part when we wanted but not high pressure to participate when we wanted to just sit back and relax. Only small negatives are the usual - people hogging sunbeds with towels all day but to be honest even during August we didn't struggle to get a bed at any point just left us without pne in prime position. We absolutely loved the layout at the kids pool - our kids were able to just play freely and you could see them safely from really any point at the poolside which was brilliant. One thing that would possibly have improved the experience would be having more fruit selection at the supermarket:) we are already looking at booking to return. "Just returned from 11 nights. Had a really good holiday. We had emailed in advance to ask for high floor rooms which were given to us. It was our Son’s birthday whilst staying at the hotel and they left a card and gift for him in the room. Enjoyed the pools and excellent choice of ice cream at pool bar on All Inclusive. Had 2 meals in the à la carte restaurant which were fabulous. The cava kept on flowing! Thank you Zafiro Tropic."

"Stayed for 10nights with family and young children and thought everything was very good for peak season. Rooms tidy and spacious, staff were a credit to the hotel and very friendly, especially the entertainment team. Very good efficiency from the pool bar staff team when busy. Had to be up at 7 for sunbeds but if left too long lifeguards would remove them which was good as other hotels do not enforce this well. Food was always good with plenty of options and choice and of good standard for a 4 star all inclusive. The ala carte lunch was amazing, I would say alot better than the ala carte dinner. Overall no real complaints and we had a very good stay. This experience and the staff were alot better than when we visited Zafiro Palmanova in May this year."
