Palm Garden Apartments

"We had a very good stay; we had taken the apartment in the annex. The apartment was comfortable, the bed was very good, and the equipment was decent if you do not eat on-site; the negative point is the lack of double glazing. Access to the large pool by crossing the street. The sea is on the other side of the street and there are many restaurants and bars. Entertainment throughout the day. The hotel is well located and it is easy to park a car in the low season, which must not be the case in high season, just like access to the pool where people leave towels or other items on the lounge chairs all day long. Very well located for visiting the north of the island and easy to access from Palma. Our stay was pleasant, thank you."

"The positive is the centralized air conditioning in the rooms and the daytime and evening entertainment, which are top-notch. Kudos to the team. The service team is fine, nothing more. The downside, the hotel infrastructure is good, but they took over the apartments next door and there are too many people around and in the pools. Their three-star all-inclusive package leads to bad behavior from ill-mannered people who leave their half-empty cups and food lying around the pools. The detestable part, the gentleman at the front desk at check-in, we paid him for the bath towels for all seven people for the whole week. He gave us a payment receipt and told us that it was recorded in their PC and that we didn't need the receipt to change the towels. On the 4th day, the receptionist refused to change my towels because nothing was recorded in the PC. I told her to check with the gentleman in question who was 3 meters away. No way, no receipt, no towels. I went to the room to get my carefully kept receipt, and when I arrived at the reception, the dear gentleman in question saw me coming with my receipt in hand, and he said to me: OK, seven towels, without checking my receipt. That was too much, he was mocking the customer and I insulted him. I was simply waiting for him to check my receipt and apologize for the inconvenience."

"Best thing about the apartments is the location. Near the Port area and a 20 minute walk to the old town. Apartments themselves are basic which is in line with the price. Gardens and pools are lovely and kept well. Restaurant breakfast is nice. We don’t go all inclusive. We rated it down as we had two issues. A leaking toilet. We were moved to a new room. Then there we had a broken umbrella. The male on reception was not happy to see us again after changing our room. Asked twice to have the umbrella fixed and the eventually agreed. It said that they would return the old one when fixed. The replacement was temporary only. Would we return. Probably not. The leaking toilet on our first night was not pleasant. Toilet looked old."
