"Loved the place the food was amazing loved the entertainment was the first ever holiday with my husband and 2 boys age 16 & 17 only got to see 1 pool as we only went for a short few days the only disappointment was our appartment the floors were dirty the lights didn't work in our bedroom you couldn't open our bedroom window the boys window in thier bedroom was welded shut the patio doors were filthy the sheets on the bed were clean the patio area had crisps and tab dumps the bathroom if you had a shower the floors got soaked no ventilation the last night noticed ants all over sitting room and in kitchen on the benches tje table and chairs on patio didn't dare sit on them covered in something was only 3 chairs realised the 4th chair had been thrown on a low roof this was apartment 117 and then realised when we were thinking we were locking door there was a piece of wood in the lock that had fallen in the lock so the door wasn't locked properly from the inside think the apartment was ment for stag parties so next time will make sure our room if fit for purpose but apart from that had a amazing time and will go back and no control for tv Claire girdlestone"

"This hotel was alright. We arrived at 2 am, the staff were slow and we got a "map" which didn't help at all. When we got to the room we went to bed, but in the morning the shower was broken. So was the AC , so we asked the reception to fix it, they never came. Then we asked to move rooms. The positive thing was our new room was good and everything was working, but the TV was glitchy and only one channel worked. The staff spoke very little English and it was hard to order stuff from the snack bar, but there was only cold burgers and chips anyway. The entertainment was nice, and the dancing and acro was good. But the grease looked very poor. The people around the pool were very nice, and was pretty fun, although our nearest pool was very crowded. It wasn't unbearable, but I've been to many better hotels"
