O7 Be Klub (formerly O7 Bellevue)

"I don't usually write reviews but in this case I really felt I had to. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I only thank goodness we wasn't there for 2 weeks. Our accommodation block was Reef 3 and absolutely disgusting place to be. House keeping was non existent. Beds and bins were not changed throughout our stay. Towels just once. No staff monitored this area so it ended up a free for all. Music being played until the early hours. The smell of cannabis was horrific. Shouting and screaming. All this in the family area! The dining hall was an experience I'll never forget. Too many people for the seating area. Pushing, jostling and shouting became the norm. The hotel was very tired and shabby and in need if some tlc. The staff did try their best to make good of an awful situation. Please think twice before booking this hotel. We booked with Thomas Cook and would have expected better from them."

"Starting with the positive. The staff were delightful everywhere. That is where it unfortunately ends. The complex is huge, but shuttles are around if you do need them. We were put in Reef 3 and it was rough. The room was not just shabby, but unclean (See photos) the fridge had a manky towel in it on arrival, the shower flooded everywhere unless you completely removed the drain cover, exposed wires and thick cobwebs in the bedrooms. Housekeeping is non existent we had towels replaced but no bins emptied or beds made. Although there are small bars near all the pools which was helpful, in the evening you only have the option of 1 bar area at the showbar to use so there is nowhere to sit quietly I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the clientele, but our block was full of drunk adults and kids playing in the pool at 11 o'clock at night. Maybe a night security patrol would help this. The dining room was like nothing I have ever experienced. It was carnage at every mealtime. Although the staff tried to manage it we had come to the conclusion it was too stressful and ate out, I think that due to the size of the complex maybe some consideration could be given to an adult only area as not all larger parties are families."

"Entertainment excellent very friendly brilliant for the children , would definitely come back 100% cheers guys"
