"Just returned from a lovely week and have to say, its been superb, we found the hotel to be clean with a lovely sea view from our balcony. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We went all inclusive and always found something decent to eat, the food was a little cold at the beginning of the week, I fetched this to there attention and did notice a marked improvement, its refreshing to have constructive criticism acted upon. Special nod to whoever did the chicken as it was always fall off the bone tender. The drinks were ok, a nice touch in the dining room was a range of drinks taps giving the all inclusive customers the ability to pour there own, it was fun to see some of the people come away with more head than drink on the lager lol. There was also red, white and rose wine on pump too if you wanted wine with your meal, also a decent mix of soft drinks, Pepsi,Pepsi max, 7 up, kas limon and kas orange ( kas if you don't know is kinda there Fanta, not as nice as the original but far from foul). At the bar there was the usual suspects of house spirits and pre mixed cocktails, the beer was mahou and was ok, sadly as is the norm with all inclusive the beer is served in a plastic half but that's me being nit picky 😉 the staff were attentive and always helped if we had any issues. The animation staff always did there best to entertain the guests, not easy when dealing with different languages and cultures, but it seems Bingo is universal and everyone got together to mark there cards and shout out house. The hotel is only a 5 min walk from the beach and 10 mins from the port, and in the opposite direction you are about 30 mins away from Alcudia old town with the medieval walls. Oh I will say that the lifts are a nitemare, there are only 2 and they are SO slow and also only tell you the floor levels when on the bottom, so if waiting to go down you have no idea if its on its way etc, thankfully we were on the 4th so ended up walking up or down at the busier times ( which after all the food an drink, i guess a few extra steps wouldn't do us any harm lol) All in all we had a great week and would definitely stay again."

"Sadly this wasn’t the best of experiences but I will try to give a balanced view. Positives- we were upgraded to a renovated room. The room was small but more than adequate with modern decor. The balcony was large( although no light so couldn’t read of an evening) with beautiful views of the mountains. Comfortable bed and bedding and good shower. The hotel has a sun terrace which was very peaceful and this was where we spent most of our time. Location is good- two minute walk from the beach. Negatives- the pool area is small. It overlooks the back of the fast food restaurants on the street. It really is not a pleasant outlook and completely put us off using the pool. The one time we did lay down there there were flies everywhere. There had been plates of food left by our sunbed which we removed so it could have been that. The tables in the snack bar and outside were not wiped down adequately and often enough so once again flies everywhere. This is not a reflection on the staff as they worked very hard but clearly not enough staff at times to Keep these areas spotless. The communal toilets and restaurant had a very strong awful smell. It was cleaning smell but really not pleasant especially reception toilets that need updating. The food was just about acceptable but was never particularly warm. No fresh cooking. The snack bar was actually well stocked and if you like pizza and chips you’d be better eating in there. To be fair the snack bar was better than many we’ve stayed at before. BEWARE- you will pay 50 euros for the safe( way above anything we’ve ever paid in a hotel) and 10 euros for a beach towel which you can’t change as no laundry service which we have never come across before. There was maid service everyday but towels were only changed the day Before we came home. Also the shower was mouldy and had scum marks which given it’s a renovated room is worrying. While we realise you get what you pay for we have stayed at comparibly priced hotels which have been far better. All in all we wouldn’t stay here again as too many negatives to outway the positives."

"We were a bit worried after reading some reviews, but it was absolutely fine! Food was way better than expected – no complaints there. Room isn't brand new, it's a bit dated but perfectly okay and spotlessly clean. Entertainment was poor though, that part is true. Overall though, the bad reviews were definitely unfounded and we'd stay again. We were on 6th floor facing the sea, lovely view and can be noisy at night but shutting balcony door snuffed most of it out. Only a short walk to beach and Port , plenty shops , some restaurants at port are a bit pricey€17:95 far a breakfast was a bit steep, wander along towards the strip and found a equally as good brekkie for €8:95 , staff at hotel were all very pleasant, we arrived at 2am and the girl at reception took our case to the restaurant which was open for drinks and light snacks which I've never had at any hotel , so well done to all for making our holiday experience so enjoyable.."
