Eix Alcudia Hotel + 18

"Location is excellent,walk out the front entrance and everything is there,atmosphere is so so,rooms really need updating especially the air conditioning which is not fit for purpose,the only reason as far as I'm concerned that this hotel is classed as 4 star is because it has a lift,the place is adults only which is a bonus,the cleanliness is superb,noise level is okay depending whereabouts in the hotel you are,service is really good and staff are polite friendly and helpful,amenities are good,2 pools but not enough sunbeds,a gym and spa,but overall I would not class this as a 4 star hotel 2 to 3 at the most,when a hotel is a 4 or 5 star I sm thinking luxury,indulgence etc and this certainly is not,as for the food don't get me started"

"The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach which is a beautiful cove 😍. Old town is a 15 minute stroll, surrounded by ancient city walls which you can partly walk around with stunning views. The town has shady narrow streets, boutique shops and gorgeous restaurants. Hotel rooms at Eix are spotlessly clean. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice, guests can also enjoy a champagne breakfast too. The bar is good value, loved their Sangria and Aperol Spritz, and there was a happy hour where drinks were half price between 5 and 7pm. Temperatures during my stay were between 32 to 34 degrees so the indoor Jacuzzi, available betwwen 12 and 8pm was set for cool water, perfect for this time of year. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and as a female solo traveller, the hotel felt a safe and friendly place to stay. I would recommend this hotel for other female solo travellers and if I stayed again, I would upgrade to half board as the breakfasts,were delicious."

"If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Delicious breakfast with fresh pastries and a chef who cooks eggs, omelets, and pancakes on the spot. Clean and well-organized rooms, with a terrace complete with a towel drying rack. Welcome drink and bottled water in the room. Pool area for cooling off and spa. The best thing was the kindness of all the staff, especially the reception staff who helped us with an emergency."
