"The pool is excellent. The superior apartment we had was a complete dump. The old receptionist lacks people skills and I think has just given up on her job. Was very hostile and unwelcoming from the first 30 seconds. Time to retire love. Will never return here."

"Just stayed there for a week with my wife and 3 kids, absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Pool area was kept clean an tidy. Would definitely go back. The only down side is no hotel restaurant/bar. Highly recommend this place to stay. Staff were all helpful and welcoming too."

"Lovely apartment hotel, would recommend & would also return. We had a studio room which was well equipped and very clean. Balcony is large with table & chairs. Great shower. Nice comfy pillows. Fridge is freezing cold (cold beers, winner) Red lion pub is fab, we ate here for breaky & snacks throughout the day. Kids meals are €7.50 (I think) with ice cream, good selection of meals and always tasty. Breakfast was €7ish for a full English and was huge. Smaller breakfast €5.50. You can opt for the buffet breaky, we didn’t bother but was told it’s €11 per adult & half price for children, I think this is served u til around 10:30 but the breakfast from the menu is served until 1pm. Happy hour is 6-8:30 x2 cocktails for €12, lovely cocktails. The staff at the red lion work so hard all day, serving and keeping the area clean. fantastic thank you. Kids club was excellent & super handy as we had a couple of rainy afternoons. The lady Blanca was amazing at keeping the kids entertained thank you!! Also mini disco was great for the kkds in the evening. We visited 2nd week of October was so very please some kids entertainment was still happening. Pool area is clean & the splash zone is such a good activity for the kids. This is a dog friendly hotel and whilst this wasn’t really noticed, we did have a small accident where my little boy stepped into some dog poo around the quieter area of the pool (where the grass area is). Not the hotels fault at all, but just to be aware. Ironed can be hired for €10 and you get this back when you return the iron on check out which is very good. Hotel good location for shops, restaurants and bars. 10/15mins stroll to the beach lots of shops to look at on the way or grab a cold beer! Will not hesitate to stay here again if we visit Alcúdia.
