"From start to finish our experience was 10/10! It was my sister’s birthday during our stay and the hotel staff did a wonderful job. Laura your super star guest services assisted us most days and guided us where the best spots were and how best to get to them. She is a true gem to your brand. We have stayed in many hotels in London & across EU and she deserves a mention! What a lady! Location was perfect, the room was sensational & the pool was just right. Food / Drinks were pricey but you get what you pay for and they was very very good ☺️ We did venture out most evenings for meals and roof top bars but there’s plenty about and a Starbucks on the corner what’s a hit as we didn’t opt for B&B. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers, would say it’s more of an adults only mind you. Please don’t let me forget both young boys who were lifeguarding round the pool, they were both amazing and though out the afternoon checked up on us and made sure we had drinks by our side! "It is a nice hotel, but the customer service is far from being a 5-star hotel. Staff poorly trained to serve customers. Yesterday we had to beg to be served in the restaurant. I am with children and I asked to heat up a plate of food and they charge €6 to put a plate in the microwave. I am not coming back to this hotel, honestly. The NH Collection is much better."
