"Great location. Able to walk everywhere. Metro access available close by. Beds were very comfortable. Good size room. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was construction on the street by our room, but didn't start until 8:00 or 8:30. The drinks in the bar were very good. We thought the breakfast wasn't worth the cost, perhaps because we don't tend to eat much for breakfast. Lots to do in the area."

It offers easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and cultural spots—an ideal base for both business and leisure stays. 2. Atmosphere The overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel feels lively yet comfortable, with well-organized conference facilities and attentive service throughout. 3. Rooms The rooms are clean, bright, and well equipped, providing all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay. The conference room is spacious and well suited for business meetings of around 100 participants. 4. Value The buffet and snacks are served punctually and are both tasty and nicely presented. Drinks are of good quality, and overall service runs smoothly. There was a minor issue with an odor coming from the lobby toilets, but it should be an easy fix. Nothing major to complain about—I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Madrid."
