"Great location with larger than average rooms. Hotel is very non-descript from the outside but luxurious on the inside. They have a house-car for certain hours that you can get rides in. Very close to shopping & Retiro Park"

The staff are warm, polished, and genuinely make you feel welcome without ever being overbearing. The rooms are beautiful, the property is immaculate, the spa is fantastic, and the concierge team is outstanding—knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Its location on the Paseo de la Castellana is hard to beat, whether you’re in Madrid for business, culture, or sports. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city while still feeling like a true luxury retreat. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for one of the best hotels in Madrid, this is it."

"I stayed here with my family for two nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating friendly and always had smiles on their face! Gorgeous hotel and great for everyone! The location is great if you love shopping. We stayed in the suite which was spacious, and super great. Super clean and comfy!!"
