"Central location hotel next to the congress and all important landmarks. The main plaza is 10 min walk. The designer shopping mall is 5 min walk. The downsides start with room, they have wooden floors which make creaking sound Everytime you walk so if you see a couple , it’s a problem in the jig by for light sleepers. The bathroom is outdated and we noticed some mold in the corner.if you want central location then you can stay here. Pro tip - There is Indian restaurant, Mexican restaurant and couple of tapas and paella spot in the lane next to the hotel which make dinning very very convenient."

"Our family of five adults had the most incredible three-night stay at Hotel Urban this August! The location could not have been better, putting us right in the heart of Madrid within easy walking distance to all the magnificent historic buildings we wanted to explore, and grabbing a taxi or Uber when we needed one was super easy. The design throughout the entire hotel is very unique, combining stunning architecture with gorgeous art displays that took our breath away every time we walked through the lobby. The rooftop terrace was an absolute dream, offering delightful views and a fantastic atmosphere to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the staff members were always so warm, welcoming, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. We also loved exploring the neighborhood, finding charming cafes like La Rollerie just a block away. We definitly cannot wait to come back and stay here again on our next holiday to Spain!"

"Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Hotel Urban for 3 nights in August. It was an extremely convenient location, close to the historic buildings that we wanted to visit. Beautifully decorated, great architecture, friendly and helpful staff. When we didn't want to walk to our visit, we readily found taxis (Ubers just recently started operating in Madrid). Rooftop was delightful. A note - their breakfast buffet priced for more than we needed, so we found a reasonable and delicious cafe one block away, La Rollerie. All in all, recommend this hotel."
