Santos Praga

"We stayed at Hotel Praga and honestly had a lovely time. The location is great, nice and quiet but still close to the Metro, and one of the buses stops literally right outside the front door which made getting around so easy. Breakfast was the real star though, a genuinely generous spread all cooked fresh, and the coffee was very good too. Our room was a good size, nothing over the top but really comfy and spotlessly clean the whole time we were there. The only tiny thing was the shower presure, which was a bit weak, more of a gentle trickle than a proper blast after a long day walking around the city. But honestly it did not spoil anything, the staff were extremely friendly and the whole place felt so welcoming that we would happily come back. A very perfect little base for exploring Madrid, five stars from us."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area not too far from Metro. One of the buses stop right at the hotel door. Breakfast was a genuine highlight: a generous spread, cooked fresh, and the coffee was very good. Our room was a solid size — nothing extravagant, but perfectly comfortable. And it was very clean throughout. There was only one "but"... Shower pressure was genuinely dire. Think less "shower" and more "someone gently weeping onto your shoulders from a great height." After a long day on your feet, the trickle was demoralizing. A real shame — it's the one thing that stopped this from being an easy 4 stars."

"Our group of 18 stayed here for two nights on our trip through Spain. The hotel is clean, the rooms are larger than in other hotels we have been to and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free Wi-Fi was very good and the beds were comfortable. The onsite restaurant is one of the best we have experienced on our trip. Would recommend this hotel."
