Porcel Torre Garden

"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s an older hotel but well maintained and clean. My room was HUGE. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom is large and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Lots of choices. My only “complaint” (not a real complaint) is that the breakfast buffet only starts at 8am which I know is typical in Spain, however it makes it a bit close if you need to leave for an early departure, and it also creates a bottleneck situation because everyone gathers at the door ready for the restaurant to open. Front desk staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. TIP: Try ZZAPI restaurant very nearby for a great meal and great customer service. We had a great experience there!"

"We chose this hotel because it was out of the city centre , but also close to a metro stop, and for that it is perfect with just a few stops taking you into the heart of Madrid on line 2. The hotel is well run with friendly staff, we arrived 3 hours before check in asking if we could leave our bags somewhere safe but were told rooms were ready now and could book in no problem. The room itself was perfect, we took the top floor with the city views , very large with a comfy bed. There was a large TV with no English channels , a wall safe ( for which there was a 10 euro deposit ) Breakfast was just right, continental buffet, with scrambled eggs bacon & mushrooms added, coffee was by 2 machines. All in all we both have a great stay, and if we ever came back to this wonderful city, we would stay here again."

"Location is great - near to metro station and mall. Staff is amazing, always polite and helpful. Room was clean and tided every day. Breakfast was very good as well. Overall, amazing hotel at great location."
