"A beautiful hotel between the modern and the historical. Close to several tourist sites of interest. Close to a subway station, to a supermarket: "Día" The breakfast is excellent; they serve it between 7:30 and 10:30 am There is complimentary coffee until 8:00 pm They provide 2 complimentary bottles of water, afterwards they can be refilled at the restaurant. I only found out about this at the end: at the front desk they give you: shower caps, a sewing kit, a toothbrush, and other amenities, although there is a sheet in the room that informs you of this, they should mention it at the front desk when checking in. They will call taxis for you if you request them The set rate is 33 Euros from the hotel to the airport; Ubers were charging 3 times this price. Thanks to the people at the front desk for their help. Especially to Francisco, who was the one we interacted with the most."

"What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. Impeccable in every way: room without a speck of dust, gleaming bathroom, sheets smelling freshly washed, and common areas always perfect. You can tell they take care of every detail. It is a pleasure to stay in a place like this."

"Is this really a 4-star hotel? Although the hotel states that it has been recently renovated, traffic noise was clearly audible through the windows and significantly affected our comfort and ability to relax. The shower was also seriously problematic. Water overflowed from the shower area and flooded the bathroom. We reported the issue to staff, but the bathroom flooded again the following evening when I attempted to adjust the water temperature before showering. The room lacked several basic amenities, including bedroom slippers, in-room coffee-making facilities, and a luggage rack for storing our suitcases conveniently. In addition, the refrigerator was not cooling properly. The hotel had only one lift serving approximately 57 rooms, resulting in frequent and inconvenient waits, including when travelling to reception. Even obtaining a coffee for the room required waiting for the lift, going downstairs, purchasing a takeaway coffee in a small cup, and returning to the room. Given the price of the stay, these limitations were unacceptable. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort, facilities, or service I would expect from a 4-star property at this price. The persistent noise, recurring shower problem, lack of basic amenities, malfunctioning refrigerator, and limited lift capacity had a significant negative impact on our stay. A hotel’s rating should reflect the quality and maintenance of its facilities, sound insulation, room comfort, basic amenities, plumbing, appliances, lift capacity, and responsiveness of its service. Based on our experience, this hotel did not meet the standard expected of a 4-star establishment. For the price paid, I expected a considerably higher standard. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to guests seeking a comfortable 4-star experience.
