"Rude, unhelpful reception staff. During my first night I was kept awake by an intermittent drilling or ratting noise. When I complained to reception the next morning at 8am I was met with indifference. I asked for a change of room. Two hours later this was not actioned. The reception just said that there was no problem with noise as maintenance had checked it out and could not move me. I asked again to be moved room. This second staff member was rude, but reluctantly they moved me. I asked if they could find a quiet room as I had so little sleep the night before. He put me in a room the first floor adjacent to the lift. Still, it was quieter than the original room. Still some noise but less - my guess is that it’s to do with the plumbing. Other guests complained about noise, I overheard one making a complaint at reception and he got a similar response from staff. Aside from that the hotel is not the best. They don’t replace water, coffee pods or milk in the room. Gym is pretty poor. Food is ok."

"I recommend this hotel for the comfort of the rooms and the exquisite treatment of the staff, specifically Ms. Domenech (at the front desk). We loved her treatment toward us. An endearing person."

"I stayed one night with my husband and my daughter. Very good hotel with very friendly staff. They have a very large parking lot with many spaces and several spaces for charging electric vehicles. We ate at the restaurant upon arrival and everything was very good. The menu costs 22€ but you can also order half a menu. The buffet breakfast is super complete. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. On every floor they have a machine so you can refill your glass or water bottle for free. The only thing is that if you are going to the center for tourism, it might be a bit far in terms of transportation, since although there is a bus stop at the door, there are many stops and more than a 25-minute trip, and there is no subway line nearby. I went for business and so it worked out very well for me, and from there I got around using Uber."
