"Awful, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The photos have been edited to make this hotel look lovely, but they’re not reflective of reality. Check in took a ridiculous amount of time. After a long day travelling I was eager to get to my room, but with two people already checking in ahead of me, a long stand in the queue was not what I wanted. Finally got to my room, it was not like the photos on the website. It was dirty and need of modernisation. Barely any plug sockets and no charging points. The bathroom was not clean, with something splattered up the wall near the toilet. The shower/bath had seen better days. Mouldy grout. The bath was not secure and was leaning to one side meaning water pooled as your feet when showering. Under the sink area hadn’t been cleaned and the floor was disgusting, I was glad I packed some disposable slippers from another hotel stay. The hotel doesn’t provide water in the room."

"This was an unusual hotel. The lobby was stylish and welcoming and all staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning staff. However the bedrooms were not at the same standard. The room design was awful. It appeared that the designer wanted to deliver the most bland room possible: black curtains, grey and brown furniture, no soft furnishings and only a black and brown picture on the wall. The bed was poor. They use a duvet with a cover sheet which is never great but the sheet and duvet were tucked in so tightly that it was impossible to get into the bed. Untucking the bed linen meant that the bottom sheet also came untucked, so every night you had to unmake your bed and then make it again which was just annoying and un-necessary. Although the hotel is recent the bathroom has been given a 1980s layout complete with a tiny (and non water saving) shower head. There was no hot water on the first day and the grout between the tiles was crumbing and dropping into the bath/shower so I had to clean the bath before taking a shower to avoid standing on sharp pieces of grout. The breakfast buffet was good both in quality as quantity but the hotel should invest in some more hot plates as all of the food for hot breakfast options were cold. Having cold beans and potatoes for breakfast isn’t great."

"Stayed here whilst attending the F1. Location suited getting to the Madring but wouldn't be so great for city centre sightseeing. Room was comfortable and clean but showed signs of wear and tear - scuffed and torn wallpaper, discoloured sealant around the bath. Loved the full height windows and the views of the night sky. Breakfast was disappointing - poor variety and the "hot" food was barely even warm - but lunch and dinner at the lobby bar restaurant was good. We picked this hotel as it had a pool but it didn't open until 12, the sun didn't arrive until mid afternoon, and then it only stayed for a few hours. Still a quiet place to relax but not great if your looking for some sun."
