"Location : our wisest choice! A quiet area. Beautiful with modern buildings and good food nearby: (check La Madonna Sushita - 8 min walk). Not in the center in order to walk to attractions. Not near a metro station. BUT our hotel was best value for our money, taxi (UBER) was extremely cheap (we ordered EVs with sunroof so we could enjoy the architecture, and could choose the temperature in the vehicle). 13 min to Puerta del Sol, 16 min to the airport. So no regrets here. A modern hotel with an atrium, a huge window wall in the room, fantastic 5 stars breakfast. The pool was always crowded so we didn’t use, but the patio above the pool (supposedly for smokers), was my favorite area after breakfast waiting for our son to wake up. I will visit again. The Only deficiency was the loudness of the air conditioning in our room. And one note for the hotel manager & and the PR- marketing team: change your basic photograph of the hotel on your website, booking app etc. The hotel is much nicer than it looks!"

"This is very much a business hotel in a business district. Saying that, there were a lot of families with children staying here. We travelled as a couple. The room was clean, lighting could have been brighter, air con was excellent Pool is small, all on depth at 1 34m, so small children don't have a shallow end. Towels are provided at pool. Not many sunbeds and umbrellas and when we stayed in July, sun takes a while to come round. To be honest, it was that hot, it didn't matter. Bar prices are reasonable €9 for a large beer and a wine. Staff at front desk are polite and really helpful. Bus 53 takes you straight into Madrid centre."

"In the sticks of Madrid, even the sight impaired receptionist said "estamos mal conectados".. which means "we're badly vonnected".. Takes almost 2 hours daily to get to the centre of Madrid by bus. We're just getting taxis everywhere. The rooms are spacious but it is not worth it being so far from everywhere. 10 mins to the closest bus stop."
