"The location and hotel were good but I wouldn't trust the company. I had accidentally booked with a sister hotel (all Petit Palaces in their name) and they would not refund my money. Considering the amount of tourists they get and it's an authentic mistake, they should not act so cheaply."

The front reception staff were very friendly and always available to answer questions or provide suggestions for restaurants and suggested attractions. And to top it off, the hotel offers tea and pastries every afternoon! A recommended hotel in the centre of Madrid."
