"Stayed for 2 nights at the H10 Tribeca while on a trip to Madrid and had a pleasant stay. The nearest stop on the metro is Cuzco as the station at Santiago Bernabeu is currently closed, it’s about a 5 minute walk so not too far.
Checkin was quick and offered a glass of cava which was appreciated and a nice touch. Room was on the second floor facing the street but it’s a quiet area so I did not hear any noise during the night, also the windows open should you want some fresh air ( in most hotels they are firmly shut)
The room was a nice size, the bed clean and very comfortable, the AC was too good so I had to turn it off as it was cold in the night but during the summer I’m sure it would be very welcome. Plenty of wardrobe space and an area to place your luggage too, the furniture was dated and scuffed in places but fit for purpose. There is a safe and minibar/small fridge too along with a coffee machine.
The bathroom was clean and tidy, plenty of towels and the shower was easy to use. Soap and shampoo dispensers were fixed to the wall. Overall the room itself was quite nice and meet my needs for a short weekend stay.
Breakfast was included and served on the ground floor just past the bar area. Nice selection of hot and cold items ( you could ask for fresh fried eggs) The fruit, cold meats and pastry choices were very good, lots to choose from so. Breakfast is served until 11 at the weekend but don’t get down too late as items are not refilled.
Although the location of the hotel is not city center, it was relaxing to stay the H10 Tribeca. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance such as The Irish Rover pub and La Tahona. The rest of the city is a short metro ride away. Also there is big shopping complex at nearby Nuevos Ministerios where there is a big El Corte Inglés department store as well as a Zara and a fabulous Mango store."
