"Comparing with other hotels in the same price range, this one is way below the average. The room smells like cigarette, the floor is ranging and full of failures, the A/C makes lots of noise and it doesn’t work properly, the toilet paper’s quality is poor and the breakfast is lame (1 type of ham, 1 type of cheese, no yogurt, no egg, no bacon). On top of that, the way from the garage to the hotel made me feel like in Kwun Tong with the air conditioning engines hanging on rusty metal structures and the floor full of a oily white “water”."

"Extremely uncomfortable to stay here. The furniture are less than basic. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The screen on the ceiling vent was broken and filthy. I have to use the toilet paper to block the holes to prevent insects from coming in. The quality of the breakfast is poor. Wonder how it managed to get the 3 star rating."

"Basic hotel nice part is they are next to a grocery store, 15 min walk to Getafe Train station to get to downtown Madrid. They do have a Chinese buffet attached to restaurant. Reasonable price which includes, beer, soda or sangria. Rooms do not have irons, pr fridge, bathtubs, modern shower. If you need ice ask front desk staff. If you have allergies like me ask for unscented perfume sheets - guess its soap they use. My room was cleaned ever day so no issues with clean. TV is in Spanish did see American shows with Spanish voice over. I do like they gate the hotel late at night for safety. Overall quiet neighborhood. Only issue might be noise by other guests but I turned up the volume on tv and had no issues"
