"Downside:No aircon in April around 26-27 degree C …comfort or no comfort depends on personal preference but when electric fan is not an option then it is definitely a downside. Also when the only ventilation method is to keep the window opened, this will definitely posed security issues…any future guests should decide for yourself. After the review being sent in this morning…latest Update: aircon can be switched on and working in the evening, so i adjust the experience as Average."

"Great hotel. Fantastic reception and housekeeping staff. Fab clean room (Plus). Comfortable bed and pillow. Excellent shower. So close to Metro 10, straight into central Madrid. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Aldi across the road. Couldn’t fault it!"

"No service or kind staff. I had a nice experience before, but when I had to cancel I did it 2,5 days before instead of 3 which is only a few hours later. There was no understanding at all, and even when I had to cancell later on because of health issues, I had to pay a lot of money if I cancelled. So because I had no other option (only losing a lot of money then) I came back this september with a guest. They threated my friend really horrible when I already made an agreement with them about payments which was not an issue at all. This is why I have no clue what the reason is to threath a +1 like this. And finally when I had to pay another 100 euros they gave us a disabled room with a dirty bathroom. When I complained about it there was no compensation at all. Only fingerpoints towards the things I did wrong in their opinion. Never experienced “service” like this."
