"We had an amazing time. Had a few issues with room's to start. Put everything was quickly corrected by the lovely manager and the lady Sonia. We then enjoyed lots of lovely food plenty of choice. All the staff very welcoming, Tania at the pool bar. Franco in the restaurant, I forget the lovely man in the other bar was very nice. And a big thank you to James on the entertainment team and is apprentice Juan. Thank you from the Spencer family.x"

"As hotel seizes goes it was on a much smaller scale which suited us perfectly. We went all inclusive and was worth it. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main strip with a large selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. The food was of very good quality and quite a diverse selection. The apartments were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would particularly like to single out the manager Miguel, who made it his business to mingle with the guests and was genuinely interested in seeking out the views and opinions of their experience. Although limited entertainment was laid on in the evening and some activities during the day, there seems very little interest from guests to participate. I thinks this may be because there was insufficient directions stating where the daytime activities were occurring. There were two outdoor pools and although one was heated it still could have done with being a little warmer, however to be fair it was early in the season. We will defiantly be returning next year and if you like a quite sedate holiday I would highly recommend this hotel."

"All excellent thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing break, all staff are very accommodating, food was great with a wide choice. The only downside was the entertainment or lack-of and when it was on it was shockingly bad. But with that said it did allow us to chat and meet other people, to which we had a great laugh."
