"I stayed here for 2 weeks and im just back. The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location. However, the cleaners stole my charger and replaced it with a broken one. My lead was black there's white. They also went through my clothes and makeup. Reception did replace my lead but I had to give it back before leaving. As a result of speaking to Reception regarding the cleaners at the end of the first week my room was only cleaned once the second week and we were left to buy toilet rolls and had no towels which i asked for and didnt get. Such a shame that the staff can let such a beautiful hotel down!"

"Absolutely fabulous hotel (even if it's at the top of cardiac hill) The staff, apartment and the pool area is fantastic, the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble., it's also very clean and the apartment has everything you need in it. The Hotel is close by the strip with lots of bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend it and can't wait to go back again."

"The location is very good in a decent location on the strip plenty of places to choose to go eat and also supermarket like 5 mins away. However the hill can be a-bit of work not great if you’re not overly stable on your feet and depending on what room you’re in depends on how low or high you are on the hill. In addition if you are located at bottom there is stairs to climb to get to the pool area and loungers. The rooms are a simple apartment but has everything you need for an easy self catering holiday such as fridge, toaster, coffee machine also there is a filtered water tap in the room which is great touch so don’t have to buy loads of bottled water and of course there is additional charge for certain things such as safe, iron and couple of other facilities. We found the rooms where okay sound proof wise was expecting to hear a lot more noise from bars on strip due to being located down the bottom of the hotel, of course you can still hear a decent amount but that’s understandable. The bed was comfortable and a big size and decent amount of wardrobe space for the two of us too. The lounge area was very big for us plenty of space in the apartment for bags and to chill in. The pool area is well kept and good temperature for a comfortable swim and dip to cool off. We also found they were a few options of sun beds for sunbathing near pool and not which was nice. The atmosphere is pretty chilled and relaxed. Staff are friendly and polite. The WiFi is okay can be on and off but overall pretty good. Check in and check out was easy and simple. The seating area near the sun loungers are great for comfort and definitely good to still chill once checked out if packed all swimwear away. Also we did eat here for lunch on our last day was good food and great portion sizes. Would recommend if you want to have quick food access or not leave the hotel during the day the prices for food was reasonable."
