"We just returned from a last-minute, budget-friendly week at this hotel, and it was a wonderful surprise. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was warm and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, though it could use a bit of a refresh. We did stay on the top floor, so just a heads-up—if you struggle with luggage, a lower floor might be easier. The food was fantastic, with a great variety at mealtimes—kudos to the chefs, who were always pleasant and helpful. Lia and Felipe at the bar were lovely and always served with a smile. I did have a few awkward encounters with a girl named Marta at the bar—she was very rude and not pleasant at all, never once smiled. But the highlight by far was Sam, the entertainer—he was absolutely amazing, with a fantastic sense of humor, getting everyone involved in daily activities and bringing people together at night. I don’t usually return to the same hotel, but I would come back just for Sam—he truly makes this hotel a must-visit!"

"Pro’s- Fantastic location Clean rooms Sam the entertainment is amazing Food always hot and a great selection, tasty Plenty of sunbeds so no reserving at 6 am required Sunbeds in the sun all day Con’s- No water taps and will not fill your own cups or bottles at the bar Top Tips- Don’t hire towels at reception it is expensive, walk down to the front and you can get one for 3 euros and leave it there"

"Family holiday for 7 ranging from 18-78 and overall a good stay. Hotel a little tired and dated but apartments were a decent size, clean and well equipped and in a good location.Staff were all helpful and Sam was brilliant at keeping everyone entertained. Food was decent and had a good choice everyday so was always something that everyone liked."
