"First time for us at the Montana as we were referred by a friend. Good referral in many ways BUT for the position of our room. We were tucked away in the corner of the complex with a view of some waste ground and a large bin. Multiple dogs are walked on this ground and do what dogs do which was witnessed on a daily basis. Nearly all the other rooms faced the pool are which was very pleasant. We asked for a move to be told it was not possible. They did have vacant rooms. When we asked why we couldn’t move the reception said it was because we didn’t request. ??? What this meant as we had never been before. Having said this the actual room was really nice with all amenities and comfy beds. We just wished we hadn’t been dismissed from the counter so abruptly and maybe offered another room on another day. Also sun beds are reserved by 8 am by the same people every morning with some not bothering to make an appearance on them til after lunch !!! Same old story I suppose in a lot of places. On a positive note the bar staff are welcoming"

"Another amazing stay at Montana, been coming here since 2012! Staff are always so friendly, rooms are spotless and the food is delicious. Excellent location just a short walk to the strip. A little gem of a place and we cannot wait to return in April"
