"You get what you pay for, we paid the same price as what other places were charging for self catering so we went with low expectations and happy to eat out. The location is amazing , rooms are clean and spacious and the adults only is a bonus. If you go with the expectation that breakfast is decent and the drinks are average then you’ll be fine. There is so much choice of restaurants and all really reasonable you could get a steak for under 15 euros. Yes the food wasn’t the best but you could pick something if you were pushed. In fairness I think the hotel would be best selling as bed and breakfast with a drinks package option. There is no air conditioning or wifi but it’s a 2 star hotel so i personally wouldn’t have expected it. The pool area needs some work in terms of not opening till 9am and everyone running and fighting for broken beds but again the beach is a 5/10 minute walk and was 10 euros for 2 sun beds and a parasol. The people we met there made our holiday , such lovely friendly people and most of the staff were also so lovely. I’d definitely return if it was a good deal again."

"PLEASE,PLEASE read the reviews, all inclusive food is atrocious always very cold, a lot of inedible unknown fish dishes, drinks are rubbish, had to eat out or cook in room every day, location is excellent, rooms acceptable, had apartment on 3rd floor and had no lift for exactly 7 ., no Aircon 3 euro a day to hire a fan that cost 10 euro in local shop, 30 euro fpor 10 days WiFi (per device), go down road for Sunday lunch in Lava restraint, Goldenchopstix Chinese restraint 2 mins away excellent food and very cheap, so do yourself a favour stay away from all inclusive at Los Hibisus"

"Booked here as a last minute. Location is great and rooms are big. What lets it down is the food and the drink. Food is bad. Food is cold so we’ve ended up eating out. Cocktails are out a machine and taste bad. We ended up drinking beer. Total let down. Staff are ok. Won’t be back and will stick to 4 star plus. It’s the worse food and drink I’ve tried definitely only 1-2 star for food. No air conditioning so you can hire a fan at 3 euros daily however you can buy same fan for 10 euros down the street. Disappointed totally"
