"Great location, central so you can go to writer part of resort walking or there are bus stops outside if you need them. Staff are very helpful if you need anything. Rooms are basic but clean and have kitchenette. Amazing sea views from the balcony and beach right outside."

"This was a great location visiting Lanzarote. You have few restaurants nearby. Walking distance is 50 minutes to the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. The rooms are really spacious you have everything you need with a fantastic sea view. The rooms are cleaned every two days. I noticed the reviews mention dated decor. But the beds are comfortable the shower is powerful. The pool is small but you get access to another one around the corner which is spacious and soo many loungers with a hotel cafe."

"Great seafront location exceptional customer service over and above helpful and friendly staff.You do have to take into account that this is budget accommodation so areas are a bit dated but the rooms are very spacious and well equipped and great attention to cleanliness room cleaned regularly and clean towels supplied anything you need you just have to ask .There is a very small pool but also have the use of Costa Mar pool which is a really nice area with poolside bar. Great for the price...."
