Apartment LIVVO Oasis

"We've been to puerto del carmen a few times over the past few years , our usual 'go to' accommodation wasn't available, so had to start looking elsewhere.. this place seemed to tick all the boxes , and didn't disappoint. It is a just over 5 min walk from the main strip, in a quiet location, but not too far from the action! The appartments are not the largest, but were certainly big enough for us (a couple ) They had everything we needed for a SC holiday.. (if you want a microwave you have to hire one..irons also available to hire .) Beds comfortable, shower a little on the small side ,but powerful enough.l, fabulous hair dryer. Large wardrobe , but no other source of storage. Clean and well maintained throughout. Pool area always had beds,.. there were renovating some appartments so it could be quite noisy ..not sure how long it's going on for. Pool bar is good... serves breakfast and snacks. BE AWARE IF YOU BOOK A SUPERIOR ROOM FOR THE AIR CON..this is my 1 and only gripe about the appartment..we paid £198 extra for a room with air con.. we thought it was broken, only to discover it's pre set.. so when you press in 'on' , it doesn't come on.. it will when it reaches the pre set temperature..could wait 10 mins... a few hours ... or it may not come on at all . Through the night ours came on 2...3 times, each time it switched back off after aprox 30 seconds. Useless and a waste of £200. Our rep said it's an economic/environment thing...(tbh I was more peed off with Jet 2 for not clearly stating this on their website when we booked the air con as an extra .) The local shop around the corner (modi market) is fab.. lovely sweet couple who are always sat together..great prices too ! We would definitely return.. but not pay for the room with air con. Thanks for a lovely stay"

"We have stayed here many years at a number of different times of the year. Always clean, and air con a plus in the rooms that offer. Pool bar offers bar food, decent coffee and drinks. Charley and his staff are gems. Only disappointment we had this hol was when they started knocking the apartment block to the right of the pool apart with no warning from our travel company. We’ve never had a bad stay here. Thankfully, it happened 2 days b4 we were coming home but…….. I understand renovations need to be done but a little awareness to all residents would have been appreciated We will return but felt a little let down this time"

"Livvo oasis is a great complex for me, nice comfortable and clean apartments, friendly staff and good pool and pool bar and situated in a quiet area but less than 10 minutes from the strip, stayed twice last year and already booked my second stay this year in june"
