"We booked for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The Reception team were excellent and very welcoming. The room ( Garden Deluxe ) was spacious, well equipped, clean, everything worked and it was quiet. The location is only 5 mins to the beach and main strip - a longer coming back maybe as quite steep. Parking was easy close by and easy. Very good and recommended."

"Arrived late at night,we were allocated a refurbished disabled room, raised toilet seat,handrails etc, the terraced area was closed in with trellis so you couldn't really see out, we are not disabled and I asked to change rooms the next morning, we were offered a room which hadn't been updated ,i took it as it had a better lay out but the bathroom was terrible,had a smell to it,grubby shower curtain loose toilet seat which had seen better days,anyway on a more positive note all the communal areas were spotless,staff were lovely,on site cafe and bar really nice, pool gorgeous, decent location easy access to the strip and the old town, I would stay again when all the rooms are renovated"

"We stayed in these apartments for 2 weeks in April. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartments are well positioned equidistant from the old and new towns in Puerto del Carmen. The apartments are very clean and well maintained. A regular cleaning service is provided for each apartment, including beds and towels, extra pillows are provided on request. We stayed in a pool view studio which was ideal for 2 people. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The pool is beautiful, though a little too cold for my taste at the moment. We found the complex to be quiet and relaxing and would have hesitation in recommending it to anyone. All staff were efficient, professional and friendly. The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the apartments, which was no problem for us but may be difficult for stays in high season."
