"The location for us was ideal, yes it was up a hill but unless you are on the strip everything is uphill. It area was nice and quiet, if you wanted entertainment the strip was 5 minutes walk. The atmosphere was relaxing and tranquil. The staff were very pleasant and polite. Nicole is great in the pool bar/restaurant. She will interact with all customers and is always very helpful and happy. Food is nice, can’t complain and drinks good too. Myself and my wife have stayed 3 times in the last year on different sides of resort. Rooms to the right are all done up, rooms to the left i know are getting renovated from February on so will make a magnificent improvement. Nothing was overly dear. Food and drink was reasonable, rooms were well priced for Puerto Del Carmen great value for money. Everything was clean and tidy. No rubbish lying around. Rooms cleaned, bedding and towels changed every couple days. Renee and menrcy at reception were always polite and helpful. They booked myself and my wife massages and the masseur came to our apartment. The masseur i had was very good. He had 25 years experience and would throughly recommend him. Mario i think he was called is a groundsman and the place is kept to a very high standard. Needless to say my wife and i will return. We have booked already for next year, we will be 20 years married. Just sorry didn’t go direct to panorama to avail of a bit of discount. See yous again soon."

"Fabulous again, been here twice before with OH so thought I’d introduce my friend to the place. Amazing as usual, always book a deluxe garden view, it’s nice to sit on the balcony and watch the worlds go ‘round. Rooms are well decorated, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back."

"Our honest opinion of this hotel Location is ok can’t moan to Much about that..but hotel staff some good some not so good. So clearly this is a self catering holiday yet you can’t bring tea or coffee you’ve had in your room around to the poon area..or anything that’s not been bought and paid for from the shop on site who stated they are separate from the hotel..then if that’s the case why not your own drinks around the pool. Also the 2 vending machines that have been out of order for the whole 10 nights of us being here..clearly so you buy from the shop instead with is a rip off compared to supermarket prices and very over priced The pool well I will miss it just not the shabby grouting and loose tiles around the pool and the sun beds that clearly need replacing and there’s around 5 or 6 of those. We had to rent a fan for our room aswell as it’s so hot and having the window or door open does very little this was a cost aswell of 20€ for the 10 nights but very much needed. Cleaner comes round every 3 days not 2 but does do a very good job. Some rooms are very dated compared to others. Shower In room is nice and powerful. Overall at a choice wouldn’t come again"
