"We are just back from a week in this hotel! Family of four, two children ages 9 and 12!! Rooms were a nice size and cleaned most days with fresh towels. You are told on check in which days there is no housekeeping! All staff were friendly and helpful!! I have to give a huge shout-out to the animation team!! Especially Sito, Alex and Kata!! This is our 4th year coming and my daughter was delighted when Sito remembered her from last year!! It was definitely the best year animation team wise!! Alex and Kata were absolutely amazing with both of my children and they went above and beyond to make sure they were having a nice time!! I cannot thank them enough!! There were plenty of poolside tears leaving them yesterday!! It was a special holiday after a rough year and the animation team definitely made it one to remember!! So well done guys you really should be proud of the job you are doing!! Thank you!! The only downfall for us was the food, most days it was cold and could have been kept at a warmer temperature but you could still find something to eat! Would definitely return here for the atmosphere and nice accommodation but would be prepared to eat out more as the food was the only letdown!!"

"Apartments haven't changed much. Bird poop is a big problem on the balconies. I wouldn't recommend hanging any washing out. That said it's abase and it served its purpose. We went all inclusive thinking it would be an easier option. We have been to the island three times this year and thought we would get a better deal this way. Sadly, it wasn't the case. The food is sub- standard, uninviting and at times not edible. Pork was served 5 times during our 12 night stay and we didn't eat in the hotel some nights. So it could have actually been more. One night the pork was just too tough to eat! Mashed potato is a powder mix and lasagne has no meat in it but did have the mornings mushrooms from breakfast added. There is ample salad and bread rolls and cold food is plentiful but the hot food for an evening meal is a no go. We have visited this hotel 4 times over the last 15 years and can honestly say, it's stuck in a bit of a time warp. It's in serious need of an update of its menu, the bar area and the pool areas. Sun loungers were very worn and a lot were broken. We chose to go to the beach due to this and did not want to participate in the sun bed wars that seem to be a daily occurrence. It's clean and well maintained but for us the biggest issue was the poor quality of food. Go bed and breakfast or self-catering"

"This was a return visit for us but although the hotel and staff are good the food has really detirated and caused disappointment"
