"Just had a week in these apartments and we had a fab time. The apartments are massive and the location is excellent. No hassle getting sunbeds and nice laid back vibe around the pool. The bar outside the entrance is great, cheap and always busy. We will be back 👌😎"

"This os the second time staying here. They are very basic but you get what you pay for. I feel they could be doing with some modernisation as getting tired for example drawer in kitchen broken so not opening correctly, rubber seal on one window flopping, no aircon and not enough parasols for the amount of sun loungers, I counted only 4 for approximately 32 loungers to me this was the biggest issue especially when it was hitting temperatures of 97 F and no shade so couldn't lye at pool. It was good you can hire a fan but it would have been better if they told you this was an option. You get charged for the use of the safe in your room, it's not just a deposit. The staff are friendly and helpful. The complex is in a great spot with everything on your door step you could ever wish for. There is no 24 hour reception either as it closes at 4pm but they do have emergency contact numbers on reception door and at the gate when you arrive. I enjoyed my stay despite the few things I have mentioned but aircon would have made it a more comfortable stay."

"Fantastic location just off main strip and over the road from the beach, very clean self-catering apartment, (we stayed in no. 204), adjacent to pool with large shower and everything you could want for a self-catering stay, plenty of sun beds, friendly staff, if you are looking for a place to stay in the centre of Puerto del Carmen then give this place a try - we will certainly be back."
